Our monthly meeting on Thursday featured the speaker Martin Lively,Grand Riverkeeper and representative of the L.E.A.D. Agency. Martin spoke about the ongoing projects being developed in Oklahoma without proper input from residents, or being developed under the radar, and the health and environmental effects that they can be expected to cause.

Our Fabulous Picnic!

The Annual Rogers County Democrats Picnic on July 11, 2026, was a raging success! We've never seen such a turnout. Largely due to the "CareVan" busload of candidates, attendees were able to hear over a half dozen candidates make their case, while several others circulated and had spirited discussions with voters.

More than that was the spirit present that moved a crowd of your neighbors who are hungry for change. Help us maintain this great momentum!

The June 2026 meeting of the Rogers County Democrats went well, though with light attendance due to torrential rain and some flooding.
Chair Paula Strickland got us up to date on the management of the local party and discussed some upcoming events. Volunteers are needed for the picnic!
Our speakers were Aaron Brent, an Independent running for House District 74, and Kelly Forbes, running for Lieutenant Governor.
